I closely collaborated with the brand’s internal design team to create the brand’s first retail pop-up store in New York City. I led the agency in the daily management of the store, including unique experiential executions like custom dyed khakis and complementary haircuts, anchor tattoos and gourmet coffee, which helped it exceed sales expectation and extended the store’s life.
